Part Time Therapist for clinical work at JFS

Job Description:

JFS has an opening for a part-time position as Psychotherapist working with senior individuals, and their families, who experienced Holocaust Trauma, JFS is looking for therapist who is an experienced LCSW with minimum 5 years full time experience providing Trauma Informed Therapy, this therapist will provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy that are trauma focused. This therapist will work in a department that values teamwork, communication, and cooperation. Applicants need to be able to work late hours on Monday evenings, additional hours required during special situation or programming needs, and home visits.

Full time Therapist for Adults Program

JFS has an opening for a full-time position as Psychotherapist working with adults, who is an experienced LCSW, already in network with major insurances preferred, minimum 5 years full time experience with individual, family, and group psychotherapy. This therapist will work in a department that values teamwork, communication, and cooperation. Applicants need to be able to work late hours on Monday evenings and occasional additional hours required during special situation or programming needs. This is a full-time benefit eligible staff position.

Full time Therapist for Children and Adolescents Program

JFS has an opening for a full-time position as Psychotherapist working with children and adolescents, who is an experienced LCSW already in network with major insurances and registered play therapist preferred, with a minimum 5 years full time experience providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy. This therapist will work in a department that values teamwork, communication, and cooperation. Applicants need to be able to work late hours on Monday evenings and occasional additional hours required during special situation or programming needs. This is a full-time benefit eligible staff position.

Employment Specialist

Job Description:

Assist in the management and development of the MainStreet Opportunities Programs within the Disability Department of the Jewish Family Service.

Assist clients with developmental, psychiatric and physical disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment by providing pre-vocational and post vocational services in the office and at the employer. Ability to interpret and understand medical, psychological and vocational assessments.

Master degree in mental health, social work, social services or human resources preferred with certification in job placement, job coaching, supported employment provided by the Texas Workforce Commission.
